Sarah founded Esby & Co after 15+ years managing commercial relationships and teams in NZ and abroad. Sarah brings her expertise in strategy and governance to connect procurement with purpose.
Prior to forming Esby & Co, Sarah formed and led Xero’s global commercial and procurement function. Outside work, Sarah loves to immerse herself in the great outdoors, listening to music and spending time with family.
Larissa Hill
Larissa is experienced in commercial and procurement strategy development and change in the private and public sectors. Driven by purpose and a desire to make positive change, Larissa helps our clients to create solutions that genuinely improve outcomes for people, communities and the planet.
Sustainable and authentic value is important to Larissa. Outside of work, Larissa enjoys beach life, spending time with her family and exploring her inner chef.

Seán’s expertise in strategy, procurement, engineering and sustainability is focussed on growing the positive impact of organisations and professions. Seán combines big picture thinking, collaboration and technical expertise with his executive-level experience across the private, public and social enterprise sectors.
